How long does production take?

All our items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is shipped. This ensures every piece is freshly crafted just for you.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only accept cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Where do you ship?

We ship across France, Europe, and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination.

How long does delivery take?

After production (2–7 business days), estimated delivery times are:
France: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. EU customers also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles.

What if my item doesn't fit?

If your item doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to find a solution.
